Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Human Resource Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department, and supporting the company’s mission and values.

Requirements

- HND/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven years experience of 3-5 years as HR personnel

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software

- Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

The successful candidate will:

- Ability to use Human Resources Information Management Software

- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs

- Maintain and update employee records and databases

- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues

- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

- Administer employee benefits and leave processes

- Prepare HR-related reports and manage payroll in collaboration with finance

- Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance improvement plans

- Support staff development and retention programs

- Foster a positive and productive work environment
